		<description>Mr. Coats is on the money with this commentary, especially where he talks about the trap most leaders fall into in trying to both lead and micro-manage their organizations. Another insightful point was that of storytelling; it threw my mind back to the days when the tribe &#8217;s history was recounted via the oral art form. A rich and colourful part of man &#8217;s part,a part which I think should be explored further. My hat &#8217;s off to you sir!     </description>
