The rules should most definitely be broken for Liverpool. In fact, they are such a deserving case, I think Chelsea should also forfeit the Premiership Title out of deference and the teams who stood between the top place and Liverpool should part like the Red Sea and allow Liverpool to take their rightful place at the top of the table. I know there is no law that would make that possible, but hey...it's Liverpool - so that's OK! lol :-) Keith,

FIFA have left it up to English FA by saying that only four English teams can play in UEFA. This means that Everton must forgo their place in next season's competition.
