So what’s in a name?

How would new ways to describe ‘leadership’ broaden and deepen our understanding of what leadership is?

The name I like is that of ‘Wayfinder’ which comes from the Pacific Islands and is descriptive of the navigators of old who against all odds plotted courses through the Pacific of up to 3000 miles with nothing more than the stars, currents and other clues of nature as their signposts. For years contemporary ‘wise men’ didn’t believe such voyages were possible but recent reenactments of those ancient epic voyages have proved them wrong.

Navigating the emerging Connection economy will take Wayfinders.
