I personally have always used Avis as an example of a company with excellent marketing (in my opinion), but having a great campaign requires great service to back it up, otherwise you land up with egg on your face.  

You&#039;re a nice guy, Barrie.  I would have questioned the date error (in this VERY OFFICIAL document).</description>
