I agree with you that the first thing companies want to cut on in difficult financial times, is their staff.  my opinion is to invest in a Corporate Fitness Maintenance Plan where you first of all look at the health and happiness of employees.  People feel valued when you are geniunely interested in their total wellbeing  --- Spirit, Soul(mind, will, emotions), Physical Body, Relationships and Financial Wellbeing.  I believe that every person could come up with innovative ideas to add value to a company&#039;s bottom line  ---  it&#039;s the people who are going to get them there --- HEALTHY, ENERGETIC, INNOVATIVE, POSITIVE, PROACTIVE AND BODY AND MIND FIT !!!!</description>
