		<description>Reading Tamryn&#039;s list reminded me of the greatest leader of all - Jesus. He showed by example that the only way to lead was to serve. That the one who wanted to be first would be last, and the one who was last would be first.

Maybe a way of &#039;testing&#039; leaders would be to see how many of them would be prepared to wash the feet of every single person in their company. :)</description>
