Perhaps the core of leadership is understanding the paradigm shift of Robert Greenleaf's concept of Servant Leadership. Yes, this speaks of an "old" concept. But looking to ther future and all that is unknown up ahead can be daunting. If one's character and personality is not focused on the need to develop relationships with one's family, colleagues and the wider community and SERVE them as a leader, does one not perhaps have the capacity to do justice to leadership roles of the future ?
