If that is a serious question, then here is my answer.  We cancelled Telkom!  We have no landline, relying completely on mobiles and 3G.  Unfortunately, Eskom don&#039;t have competition, so you&#039;re limited in your response.  But, actually, the problem is not with Eskom - at least not in my darkened suburb of Bedfordview.  It is with the local municipality.  And every 5 years I get a chance to vote.  And I do!!</description>
