		<description>Of course in our (yours and mine, Graeme) particular world this has massive implications. It excites me to no end and it makes me a little nervous at the same time. I know you&#039;ll agree that it&#039;s a &#039;when&#039; and not an &#039;if&#039; issue. And the &#039;when&#039; gets my mind working in overtime thinking through the &#039;what&#039;? What I need to do to prepare for a world in which I may be out of business?

Will we see the rise of the &#039;uber-conference-speaker&#039; who dominates a disproportionate number of conferences globally because it&#039;s all digital? Questions like that, and others, are exciting to consider.</description>
